Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of AuraTuner. By accessing or using the website, editors, account features, or paid services, you agree to these terms.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

Eligibility and Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate account and billing information when using the service.
• You may not access the service using unauthorized methods, shared credentials, or abusive account creation tactics.

Acceptable Use

You may use AuraTuner only in compliance with applicable law and these terms.

• Do not use the service to interfere with operations, bypass limits, scrape protected systems, or abuse generation, login, or payment flows.
• Do not upload or submit material that you do not have the right to use.
• Do not use the service in a way that creates security risks, infrastructure abuse, fraudulent transactions, or automated misuse.

User Content and Generated Output

You are responsible for the prompts, uploads, instructions, and other content you submit to the service.

You grant AuraTuner the limited rights necessary to host, process, transmit, and transform submitted content in order to operate the service and return results.

To provide a better experience, we may use anonymized or de-identified versions of submitted content and generated output to optimize our technology, troubleshoot errors, and improve overall service performance.

Generated output may vary in quality, style, consistency, or availability depending on the selected workflow, model, provider behavior, and service conditions.

Credits, Plans, and Billing

AuraTuner offers Signup Bonus Credits, Daily Check-in Rewards, subscription plans, and one-time top-up packs. Pricing, included credits, and plan presentation may change over time.

• New users may receive Signup Bonus Credits, valid for 365 days from grant unless stated otherwise.
• Signed-in users may claim Daily Check-in Rewards, valid for 365 days from grant and refreshed on the UTC daily boundary unless stated otherwise.
• Subscription plans provide recurring monthly credits tied to the billing cycle. Unused subscription credits do not roll over past the applicable cycle.
• Top-up packs are one-time purchases that currently remain valid for 365 days from purchase.
• Credits are consumed using the platform's expiration-based first-in, first-out order.

Refunds and Cancellations

Subscriptions may be canceled from the applicable billing settings, and cancellation stops future renewal rather than retroactively reversing an active billing period.

Digital purchases are non-refundable once activated. However, if no credits have been consumed within 7 days of purchase, you may contact us via support, for a refund request review.

Free vs Paid Usage Rights

Usage rights differ by plan tier.

• Content created under the Free plan is restricted to personal, non-commercial use.
• Paid plans allow commercial usage where those paid plan benefits are described.

Service Availability and Changes

AuraTuner may add, remove, suspend, or modify features, workflows, models, pricing, providers, limits, and plan details at any time.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service, continued availability of any specific model, or successful generation outcomes in every case.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms, created risk for the platform, engaged in abuse, or used the service in a fraudulent or harmful manner.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

AuraTuner is provided on an as available and as is basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. We disclaim warranties not expressly stated in these terms.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, AuraTuner and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the Last Updated date on this page. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means the updated terms will apply.
